This petition is filed to condone the delay of 606 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.9,000/- in the above C.M.A.SR.No.55907 of 2022.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned, subject to the waiver of interest for the delay period, and the petition is allowed.
