Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the tender notification dated 06.08.05 issued by the paper publication in so far as the item No.1 is concerned and quash the same, and directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to make the payment of overdues as per the proceedings in RO/TRY/RECV/0405/02 dated 08.04.05 issued by the first respondent within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court for regularizing the account.

Since the issues involved in the present writ petition is in connection with the loan obtained by the petitioner and the actions being taken under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, the writ petition cannot be entertained.
