Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in letter No.AUTCBE/CA/CA2/Second Shift/1419/18/2010 dated 27.09.2010 on the file of the 3rd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to grant affiliation for second shift programmes in respect of M.E.Computer Science and Engineering and M.E.Power Electronics and Drives for the academic year 2010-2011 for the petitioner College. (in all W.Ps.)
