This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 22.12.2013 of the petitioner and to file the final report within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 22.12.2013 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 29.01.2016. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
