No.261/2018 in O.S.No.185 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Namakkal,by allowing this [CRP(PD).No.298/2021] Order: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on the Twenty Third day of December Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 22/02/2021 and letter dated 11/11/2021 vide D.No.7124/2021 from the Additional District Judge, Namakkal in the presence of MR.R.MARUDHACHALAMURTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the Respondents, this Court made the following order:

This Court, by an order dated 22.02.2021, directed the learned Additional District Court, Namakkal to dispose of O.S.No.185 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said O.S could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, by letter dated 11.11.2021, sought for three months time. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today. 2.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, time is extended for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.
