No. 3370 of 2019 :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to return all the Original Title Documents of the Petitioner in respect to his property comprised in New Survey No. 59/4, Old Survey No. 108/1 & 108/2, bearing Plot No.12, Govindasamy Nagar, Paadhiri Kuppam Village, Cuddalore District totally to an extent of 67 cents of Land with building thereon.
