No.13664 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J This application is filed seeking leave to institute the suit against the respondents 1 to 3 before this Court. The applicants state that the suit is in respect of infringement of Trademark and Copyright as also for passing off. In paragraph 4 of the affidavit in support of the application, the reasons for suing the respondents in one suit are set out.

2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of the application, it appears that the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, A.No.643 of 2022 is allowed and the applicants are granted leave to institute the suit against respondents 1 to 3 before this Court. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
