C.M.P.No.2845 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 875 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd appellant, C.M.P.No.2842 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd appellant and C.M.P.No.2848 of 2024 has been filed to bring the petitioners 3 to 7 and 7th respondent herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd appellant and rank them as appellants 4 to 8 and respondent No.8 in the above S.A.No.1220 of 2013.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
