Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to withdraw and transfer of investigation in respect of FIR in Crime No.22 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent to any individual competent authority herein. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the investigation in respect of FIR in Crime No.22 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent to any individual competent authority.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation officer has been transferred now and a new investigation officer has taken charge.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation from the the file of *first respondent to any other agency. The *first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The entire investigation has to be monitored by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, CCB, Coimbatore.

4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
