The writ petition on hand is filed, challenging the order dated 08.07.2005.
2.The order dated 08.07.2005 is in relation to the grant of permission to construct the Don Bosco Free Students Hostel. The District Collector granted permission to construct a free Hostel to the poor students. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.On a perusal of the order impugned, this Court is of an opinion that the District Collector is imposed certain conditions for the construction of Don Bosco Free Students Hostel and the land was also belongs to the society. The conditions are also stipulated in the order dated 08.07.2005.
4.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the permission granted by the District Collector, the building itself was completed during the year 2005 and the students Hostel is functioning in the building for the past about 13 years.
5.This being the factum, the writ petition filed, challenging the permission granted, deserves no further adjudication and if at all any grievances exists for the writ petitioner, it is left open to the writ petitioner to adjudicate the matter in the manner known to law. 6.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
