The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd respondent-Insurance Company deposited the award amount to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.714 of 2017 and in view of the same, the petitioners will withdraw the award amount and pay the Court fee. He further seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also addressed an E-mail to the registry to that effect. 3.Recording the submission as well as the E-mail sent by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
