(through video conference) The Writ Petition has filed for a direction to the First Respondent to consider the representation dated 06.09.2010 made by the Petitioner. The grievance of the Petitioner in the representation dated 06.09.2021 was that the authorities had not intimated about an earlier incident, which has taken place in the year 2002.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced a copy of the Letter in Na. Ka. No. 423/2002 dated 24.08.2002 sent by the Third Respondent to the Second Respondent informing the said incident, which is placed on record. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he is not pressing the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
