ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.04.2016 and investigate the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 30.04.2016, it is seen that the petitioner had purchased a Saw Mill from the opposite party, one Varkeesh, who has not transferred the Forest License in favour of the petitioner, but, he is trying to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transfer the license to the third party.

In the nature of this case, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register the case and the petition is closed with liberty given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
