The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2018. 2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the 3rd respondent, who is the husband of the writ petitioner has not entered the petitioner's name as wife/nominee in the Service Register maintained by the respondents 1 and 2. The writ petitioner is the legally wedded wife of the 3rd respondent and therefore, her name is to be entered in the Service Register of the 3rd respondent. On account of certain personal disputes, the 3rd respondent has not taken steps to enter the name of the writ petitioner as wife in the Service Register. In this regard, the writ petitioner had submitted a representation submitted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1st respondent on 13.12.2018, which is yet to be considered. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 13.12.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and other relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.
