Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.AMARDEEP, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed seeking to order substituted service in one of the Dailies having wide circulation in Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit accompanying this Petition, that, the Court notice as also the private notices sent to the Respondent were returned with the endorsement "Left", this Petition is ordered to the following effect:
