Petitioner seeks modification of order passed by learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem, under order in Crl.M.P.No.237 of 2017 dated 04.03.2017.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side].

3.Petitioner is arrayed as an accused in Crime No.621 of 2016 on the file of respondent police for offences u/s.5 and 6 of POCSO Act 2012. The Court below has, while granting bail to the petitioner, required the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (each) by himself and by two near relatives as sureties and also to produce the solvency certificate to be counter signed by the Tahsildar. Further, the Court below required the petitioner to produce the original title deed of the property. This Court finds no error in the order under challenge.

Finding no merits, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
