2.Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has not raised any objection and however, he submitted that the connected main appeals are pending before this Court.

3.Perused the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petitions and having satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay is condoned and the miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
