Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to implement the order of the Taxation Appellate Tribunal in TAT No.137/2000/A.27 dated 01.11.2001. O R D E R

Against the order passed by the respondent, the petitioner filed an appeal before the Taxation Appellate Tribunal which was allowed by order dated 01.11.2001, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition with the grievance that though more than a decade has lapsed since then, the same has not been given effect to.

2.The order of the Taxation Appellate Tribunal has become final. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent, therefore, would submit that the said order would be implemented within a period of eight weeks.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
