O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation to CBCID and expedite the investigation in Crime No.1876 of 2017 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent and direct them to file a final report before the competent court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case was registered in Crime No.1876 of 2017 for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C. Now, post mortem report has also been received and they are about to complete the investigation, since it is a case of suicide.

3. Therefore, considering the above said submission, the transfer of investigation would not serve any purpose at this stage. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to transfer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the investigation. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of Eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
