ORDER

This writ petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 1 & 2 from putting up any drainage pipes of any other allied materials in connection with the underground sewerage scheme within the petitioner's patta lands.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the project itself completed and the drainage pipe lines were already laid. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infractuous and nothing survive in this petition.
