This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to call for the records quash the FIR in Crime No.20 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, North, Thiruppur City, pending investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the investigation has been completed in Crime No.20 of 2015 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.244 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur, and it is pending for trial and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
