Hence, this Court grants leave to prefer the appeal against the Judgment in S.T.C.No.143 of 2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri, dated 17.12.2020 and the petition is, accordingly, ordered.
