O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father-in-law of the detenu Manzoor Usain, son of Babu, aged about 35 years, to cause production of his son-in-law before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2.The alleged detenu is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/father-in-law of the detenu and the wife of the detenu are also before us. 3.On enquiry, the detenu told us that due to some debts, he went out of the house and he expressed his willingness to go along with his wife and according to him, there is no illegal detention by anybody.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
