Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to take cognizance of the complaint filed by the petitioner on 02.10.2015, to register an FIR in accordance with law within a time frame.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to take cognizance of the complaint filed by the petitioner on 02.10.2015 and to register an FIR, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.It appears that the dispute is between the neighbours in which the petitioner was assaulted. On the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry in CSR No.226 of 2015 was conducted and closed on 22.10.2015, on the undertaking given by the opposite party that they will not cause any further aggression. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If there is any aggression or threat by the opposite parties, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
