ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2018.

2. It is seen that the FIR in Crime No.253 of 2017 is pending for the offence under Sections 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC against the respondents 3 to 9. There is already a property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispute pending between the parties in O.S.No.150 of 2016, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Perambalur.

3. At this juncture, the police cannot give any protection, since it involves civil right between the parties. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate Civil Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
