O R D E R

This petition has been filed to withdraw the maintenance case in M.C.No.5 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram and transfer the same to be tried along with restitution of conjugal rights proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.24 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the main Maintenance case itself was disposed of and a revision petition has already been filed against the same.

3. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
