This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of false complaint made by Sivagami Wife of Kangaraj and Pavithran son of Kanagarj.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner in respect of the false complaint received from Sivagami W/o Kangaraj and Pavithran S/o Kanagarj.
