ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7394 of 2022.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that, pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondents have fixed the compensation of Rs.10,90,959/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Ninety Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Nine only) for the extent of 4600 sq.mtrs. and the same was paid to the petitioner. To that effect, the first respondent has filed compliance report dated 15.03.2023 before this Court and the second respondent has produced the communication letter bearing Ref No.SR-II/800 kV JVDC/SGI/Compensation/2022/1147 dated 26.05.2022, sent to the petitioner.
