This petition has been filed seeking police protection to the petitioner and her family members.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection for her family members. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
