2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.It appears that the delay was on account of COVID-19 pandemic.

Considering the fact that the period of limitation has been extended due to pandemic by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the delay is calculated as 12 days even though the actual delay in filing the Second Appeal is more than one year.

4.Since this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 12 days in filing the Second Appeal is condoned.
