2. It is submitted that the impugned Government Order is already set aside in W.P.No.18539 of 2018 (Tamil Nadu Catholic Educational Association, rep. by its Secretary-cum-Treasurer, Diocesan Pastoral Centre, 25, Rosary Church Road, Santhome, Chennai-4 v. The Principal Secretary, Housing and Urban

Development (UDA(3)) Department, Fort St. George, Chennai-9) with connected writ petitions under the common order dated 10.12.2018.

3. As it is submitted that the impugned Government Order is already set aside, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.5011 of 2019 is closed.
