This petition has been filed by the maternal uncle of the child seeking custody and guardianship. The respondent is the father of the child. It is stated that the mother / sister of the petitioner had died. Notices had been directed to the respondent. But even though thrice steps had been taken, the notices could not be served on the respondent. The Court notice had been returned with an endorsement that the respondent had vacated from the address. Therefore, permission is granted for effecting substituted service. Necessary application in that regard may be filed.
