Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2018 and to deliver the materials VIZ 100 Metric Tons of DBM (Dead Burned Magnesite) Grade VII and 300 Metric Tons of RM Dust (Raw Magnesite Dust) to the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that a part of the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed by the respondents. However, in respect of supply of poor quality of RM Dust (Raw Magnesite Dust), the petitioner has already approached the respondents for appropriate remedial measures.

2.Thus, the writ petitioner is at liberty to pursue the matter before the respondents for redressing the grievance in entirety. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
