By order dated 04.02.2026, this Court had directed the respondents to furnish the security while ordering notice to the respondents. The notices on the

respondents have been served and the names have also been reflected in the cause-list. In spite of which, the respondent is neither present in the Court nor represented by an Advocate and they have been called absent and have been set exparte. As the respondents had failed to respond by furnishing security and placed for any reasons as to why the they are not bound to furnish the security, there shall be an order of attachment as prayed for.

2. Registry is directed to communicate the order to concerned Sub-Regrar Office through the District Court Vellore.
