This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 22.08.2011 made in G.W.O.P.No.44 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Nagapattinam.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the minor children have attained majority and nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
