PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Declaration, declaring the Petitioner Association, namely the Lovedale-The Lawrence School Teaching Staff Welfare Association to be a lawfully registered body recognised by law and therefore recognisable by the first respondent Government of India and consequently direct the respondents take cognizance of the status of the petitioner Association and thus uphold the law and consequently direct the first respondent to appoint an office bearer of the Petitioner Association namely the Lovedale-The Lawrence School Teaching Staff Welfare Association to the Board of Governors to raise the age of Superannuation of the Teaching Staff from 58 to 60 years.
