This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as the first petitioner was not well and she could not contract her counsel, they were not able to file the appeal in time.

Hence, there is a delay and the same is neither willful nor wanton.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the nature of averments made in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this petition is Ordered.
