This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for the transfer of the investigation in Crime No.221 of 2022 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the Central Bureau of Investigation, Chennai.
2. The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.221 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent. The accused cannot choose the investigation agency, since he is not in a position to interfere with the investigation conducted by the second respondent.
3. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
