Respondents PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to cosider the petitioner belonging to the scheduled caste (Arunthathiyars) category in the scheduled caste category as mandated by the Government order in G.O.Ms.No.61, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (TD2) Department, dated 29.05.2009 and accordingly direct the respondents to call the petitioner for certificate verification under the scheduled caste Inter Caste Marriage category and select and appoint the petitioner to the post of Lab Assistant.
