PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28245 of 2024 order dated 20.11.2024 shall report before the Kunnam Police Station, Perambalur, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 06.30 p.m., until further order.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 7.(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28245 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28245 of 2024 on 20.11.2024 is totally relaxed.
