ORDER

A memo has been filed on behalf of the appellant stating that Employees' State Insurance Corporation introduced an Amnesty Scheme whereby, if an employer is unable to produce records disputing the contribution, 30% of the claim amount may be deposited with the Employees' State Insurance Corporation along with interest on the revised sum of contribution.

Recording the said submission, appellant/petitioner is permitted to withdraw the appeal in terms of the Scheme with liberty to file appeal afresh in the event of the appellant not falling within the criteria of the Amnesty Scheme dated 24.07.2025. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
