PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to reconvey the lands comprised in S.No.25/3B1 with an extent of 0.94 acres in Porur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District to the petitioner herein. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition for same cause of action after disposal of the petitions under Section 24(2) of Land Acquisition Act by the larger Bench of Hon'ble Apex Court.
