This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents 3 to 5 as respondents 3 to 5 in the above criminal revision case.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proposed respondents 3 to 5 are necessary parties to this revision for effective adjudication of the issue. Thus he seeks for impleading the proposed respondents 3 to 5 as respondents 3 to 5 in the above criminal revision.

3. Heard the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner , this petition is ordered by impleading the proposed respondents3 to 5 as respondents 3 to 5 in this Criminal Revision Case.
