ORDER
The petitioner, whose land has been acquired by the National Highways Authority for the purpose of widening the road, made a request for higher compensation, seeking reference to an Arbitrator under Section 3(G) 5 of the National Highways Act. As the said request is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.Considering the above and without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to send another copy of the representation dated 23.08.2014 to the respondents within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2014 within a period of six weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
