and consequently, direct the first respondent to make direct recruitment to the post of Deputy Planner as per the ratio provided under the Service Regulations by ensuring that professionally qualified and experienced Town Planners working in other than CMDA/Government are also considered for direct recruitment. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned main WP and captioned writ miscellaneous petitions thereat stand disposed of as closed/withdrawn the same having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
