PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned proceedings of the respondent herein in TNGST: 2162261/2000-01, quash the order dated 15.07.2005 made therein and further direct the respondent to await the orders of the Tamil Nadu Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal (Additional Bench), Coimbatore in C.T.A.No.115 of 2005 and then decide the issue as per the directions of the said Appellate Tribunal.
