PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the first respondent in Se.Mu.Aanai.8389/95/B7/Ve dated 30.10.2024 and quash the same.

ORDER

W.M.P.Nos. 4754 & 4755 of 2025 are ordered as prayed for.

2. Mr.N.A.Nassir Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the first petitioner has passed away and he has no instructions from the second petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5 would submits that the second petitioner, son of the first petitioner, has entered into compromise with the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and a copy of the Joint Memo compromise dated 18.11.2025 has also been presented before the Court.

4. It is seen that the second petitioner is a signatory to the said joint memo compromise and for the respondents, the fifth respondent has signed the joint memo compromise for himself as well as the respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

5. On personal enquiry with the second petitioner and also his identity, it is confirmed that the second petitioner has entered into a compromise with the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and he has no objection for the the order passed by the first respondent in Se.Mu.Aanai.8389/95/B7/Ve dated 30.10.2024, being implemented.

6. The second petitioner states that he has not given instructions to his counsel in this regard.

7. Considering the fact that the second petitioner has affirmed the joint memo compromise, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

8. Hence, the Writ Petiton stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No. 4756 of 2025 stands closed.
