This miscellaneous is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title and writ prayer as stated below in W.P.No. 8077 of 2022 as follows. I) In the cause title it has to be amended as

II) in the writ prayer it has to be amended as "to stay the present employment notification and process of recruitment filling up of Office Assistant, which is published by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Vengikkal, Tiruvannamalai 606601 dated 17.03.2022/ office of the 2nd respondent"

INSTEAD OF "to stay the present employment notification and process of recruitment filling up of office assistant which is published by the 3rd respondent dated 17.03.2022".

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support the petition, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for. 10-02-2026 (1/2)
