Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of the fourth respondent relating to the impugned proclamation of sale of the fourth respondent dated 19.2.2014 bearing Ref.No.TB/VLR/19937/Recovery/2014 and auction notice of the

fourth respondent dated 24.2.2014 bearing ref.No.TB/VLR./19937/Recy/ 2014, published in the Dina Malar Daily dated 25.2.2014 and quash the same.

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished. However, it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the competent authorities for the purpose of redressing their grievances, if any, exists in respect of assessment. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
