This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the M.C.No.50 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional Family Court at Chennai and to transfer the same to any of the Family Court at Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter got settled between the parties and the marriage itself was dissolved through mutual consent.
